　　1. If the competitive bid is successful, the transaction price and commission of 10% of transaction price must simultaneously be paid. Shaanxi Wende Auction Co., Ltd. does not undertake any responsibility for unsuccessful competitive bid and accidents in the competitive bid activity.

　　2. Based on the principle of valuing client benefit, Shaanxi Wende Auction Co., Ltd. deals with the auction activity with the price as low as possible, the concluded price shall not be above the commissioned prices as listed in the table;

　　3. All the vouched responsibilities about the competitive bid in the picture－album are the incontestability provisions; To make the client bid accepted without any delay, the client shall submit the relevant certificate of financial standing within three days before the auction date and prepay 30％ fund of the commissioned price listed in the table to the company before three days from the auction date. To make client purchase the auction article successfully, please contact the auction company for payment mode before the auction date. If the auction company has not received the prepaid 30％ fund of the commissioned price within three days before auction, please forgive us to disallow the commission.

　　4. If there are more than two persons (containing two persons) who simultaneously commission the company for the competitive bid of identical auction article, when with the same bid, the person of first commission is preferential to procure the auction article. If the client commissions the company for competitive bid with telephone mode, please confirm with a letter or fax.

　　5. The client acknowledges and is willing to abide by various terms in "Auction Rule" of Shaanxi Wende auction Co., Ltd.
