·The company does not undertake the flaw guarantee responsibility for true or false and/or quality of auction articles. The competitive buyer/or his deputy is obligate to understand actual status of the relevant auction article by himself and bears legal liability for competitive bid behavior of certain auction article by himself.

·Where the competitive buyer is a natural person, he shall fill in and sign a registration document based on the effective ID card or passport or other effective identity documents approved by P.R.C. before the auction date.

·Where the competitive buyer is a legal person or other organizations, he shall fill in and sign a registration document based on effective registration documents, legal representative identification certificates or legal authorized commission procedures and draw a competitive bid number plate before the auction date, or he will not be regarded as a formal competitive buyer.

·When the competitive buyer participates in the auction activity of the company, he shall pay a security before taking the number plate of competitive bid. The concrete amount of security will be promulgated before the auction date.

·Unless certain competitive buyer submits a written document which is recognized on paper by the company later before the auction date, indicating that his status is a deputy of certain competitive buyer, or every competitive buyer is seen as the competitive buyer himself.

·The competitive buyer shall attend the auction meeting himself. If he cannot be present, he can adopt the written document to commission the company for competitive bid on behalf of him according to the relevant provision in the auction rule of the company. The company has a right to decide whether to accept the above commission.

·Because the commissioned competitive bid is a free service offered by the company for the competitive buyer who cannot attend the competitive bid on site owing to particular case, the company and staff will not undertake any liability for failure of the competitive bid or negligence and error emergent in the commissioned competitive bid process or their having no means of competitive bid on behalf of client. If the competitive buyer hopes to ensure that the competitive bid is successful, then he shall attend the competitive bid himself.

·The auctioneer has a right on behalf of the company to raise or reduce the competitive price step, to refuse any competitive bid and to auction the auction article once again when the dispute appears.

·After the competitive buyer is successful in the competitive bid, he namely becomes a buyer of the auction article. The buyer shall pay the remuneration equivalent to 10% of hammer-dropping price to the company and pay other various expenses simultaneously.

·After the auction concludes a transaction, The buyer shall pay in full the fund equivalent to the purchase price within 7 days from the auction transaction date and take the auction article(package and haulage costs are borne by himself), or shall bear the liability for breach of contract.
